St.
Mary Star of the Sea Music Program is still running their “2nd Annual
Fund Drive” to help offset the cost
of our music liturgy. We are blessed with great talent and many look
forward to the opportunity to participate in our services, especially
at Christmas.
We will
continue the levels of giving established last year. But truly, there
is no limit,and ALL gifts are welcome and appreciated. Last year the
Fund collected about $4,000; our goal this year is $5,000 and
eventually we hope to be able to support the St. Mary Star of the Sea
Music Program through your generous gifts to the Music Program Annual
Fund Drive.

everyone,
My name is
Kenneth A. Farnum, Jr.,
Music
Director/Organist for St. Mary, Star Of The Sea Church,

on City Island
- across from the Seashore Restaurant.

am founder and Music Director/Arranger for
SynFauxNY
,
an
electro-classical keyboard ensemble. By
the way, if you ever need
your
clunker of a piano worked on, I'm also a full-time piano
tuner/technician!
St.
Mary, Star of the Sea is looking for men, women and all
young adults
to join the Choir for
our 2007 season.
No
musical experience is necessary – You need a love music to
join!
The
St. Mary's Choir rehearses weekly in the church choir loft on
Wednesdays,
from 8:00pm –10:00pm.
We also sing weekly at the 10:00am
Sunday Masses
and other special occasions.

Fundraising for the Lesson and Carols IX
(held Sun-Dec. 17th 2006 at 7:30pm)
St.
Mary Star of the Sea Music Program is still running their “2ndAnnual
Fund Drive” to help offset the cost
of our music liturgy. We are blessed with great talent and many look
forward to the opportunity to participate in our services, especially
at Christmas.
We will
continue the levels of giving established last year. But truly, there
is no limit,and ALL gifts are welcome and appreciated. Last year the
Fund collected about $4,000; our goal this year is $5,000 and
eventually we hope to be able to support the St. Mary Star of the Sea
Music Program through your generous gifts to the Music Program Annual
Fund Drive.
